Job Summary

This C# developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting server-side business logic.

  • Design, develop, and maintain the business logic that runs in our application server
  • Create automated testing
  • Debug and fix preexisting code

[+] Telecom Network Engineer

Job Summary

The Telecom Network Engineer will primarily be responsible for configuring, debugging, and supporting VoIP telephony systems. This will include standard telecom equipment such as session border controllers (SBCs), Asterisk systems, and custom developed systems.

  • Monitor and maintain telecom servers
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with our service
  • Create tools and automation to assist in debugging and provisioning
  • Integrate with other VoIP technologies and/or providers
  • Establish and maintain call routes
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
  • Detailed understanding of Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, and NAT is required
  • Proficient with Wireshark, Ethereal, tcpdump and other common network debugging tools

Freedom Voice is seeking a talented, passionate motivated Channel Marketer to join our Marketing team and build out a world-class partner program with sales, channel managers and executive management.

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and evaluating partner marketing campaigns and on-boarding partners as they join the FreedomVoice program. Partners include technology consultants, dealers, value added resellers and system integrators.

Design and launch innovative, measurable marketing solutions into the channel within the cloud computing space and hosted VoIP Markets. Create and drive new programs through creativity, brilliant execution and agility. “Can do” manager who makes things happen and can be successful while interrupt driven.

The Channel Marketing Manager is expected to:
  • Create and manage channel marketing plan in alignment with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Create and deploy innovative, repeatable partner marketing programs that drive market awareness, market position, lead generation programs, and channel enablement
  • Help define and refine on-boarding process of new partners to ensure a smooth, helpful experience to get new partners equipped to drive new incremental revenue for FreedomVoice
  • Collaborate with Channel (Sales) Managers to define high opportunity partners and actively onboard partners driving rapid revenue generation
  • Drive channel revenue by enabling partners: deploying online and live partner training sessions, launching revenue producing marketing programs, facilitating use of FreedomVoice’s Partner Portal
  • Work with our Marketing team to define campaign objectives, tactics and metrics, web site, creative and secure appropriate resources to implement campaigns
  • Campaigns include digital and social media campaigns, content syndication, scalable programs, and new creative campaigns

Job Summary

This key senior position is an accountable leader for day-to-day 24/7 operations, maintenance, and support of the FreedomVoice telecom systems, infrastructure, and services. Eliminate preventable outages, minimize impact on issues not preventable through vigilance, maintenance, and backup. Optimize and streamline operations to reduce network interruptions, and smooth transition to the new scalable architecture from the core network perspective. Communicate internally as agreed upon by executive staff rapidly and clearly.

The Director of Operations is responsible for:
  • Reliability of service measured at 99.99% reducing network interruptions optimizing operations workflow within the FreedomIQ infrastructure network
  • Manage and automate the release and monitoring process for hundreds of physical and virtual machines running Linux using puppet, git, monit, icinga (nagios) and whatever skills the candidate can bring to the table
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware assets at Freedom Voice including infrastructure and office systems
  • Creation of Quality Assurance group and systems test team enabling testing of new features and services prior to deploying in the production network
  • Creation and management of the technical writing function initially populating knowledge base and growing to include web content, input to marketing and training content
  • Educate employees on Freedom Voice operational successes
