What’s Included?
AdTrakkerSM is a virtual lead generation phone solution, meaning that there’s no equipment for the customer to install. The phone service is hosted securely from a remote location by FreedomVoice. All configurations can be done through the web. When a customer signs up this is what they will receive.
Toll Free Number & Automated Attendant
AdTrakker provides the customer with a personal toll free number for advertising. When callers dial the customer’s toll free number, they’ll reach an advanced and easily customizable auto attendant recording that allows the customer to direct callers to the appropriate advertising extension.
Advertising Extensions
AdTrakker comes with 100 unique extensions that the customer can use to pre-record information, including listing details, free industry reports, buying and selling tips, or any other information they want to provide to callers. Each extension is automatically mirrored four times (e.g. “ext. 101” is the same as “201”, “301”, “401”, and “501”), providing tracking for up to 5 different advertisements for the same extension information.
Call Capture
AdTrakker automatically captures the phone number of all prospects, even if the number is blocked. AdTrakker can also attempt to capture the caller’s name and physical address for an additional charge (if successful).
WebLink Internet Control Panel
AdTrakker provides advanced tools and reports through its WebLink Internet Control Panel. From any computer, customers can listen to their voicemail, change account settings, generate call reports, track ad performance, send and receive faxes, and more.
Follow-Me-Live Call Forwarding
With Follow-Me-Live Call Forwarding AdTrakker reaches the customer at any phone numbers they choose, delivering live calls to an office, home office, or mobile phone. Callers hear hold music while the call is transferred.
Email Delivery of Voicemail
AdTrakker delivers voicemail messages to the customer’s Inbox as audio attachments, allowing them to place return calls to prospects within minutes.
Fax Send & Receive
AdTrakker replaces the customer’s fax machine by giving them the ability to send and receive faxes through their toll free number. Customers get incoming faxes delivered to their Inbox as PDFs, and can send outbound faxes online through their WebLink Internet Control Panel.
