AdTrakker Call Capture is a lead generation phone service built primarily for the real estate industry. AdTrakker provides real estate agents with a toll free number hotline and 100 advertising extension recordings that they can use to provide callers with 24/7 automated information, including listing details, free industry reports, buying and selling tips for prospects, and more. Each extension has four additional “mirrors” – a unique extension number with the same recorded information that can be used to track different forms of advertising.

After a caller listens to an extension recording, they can either be forwarded live to the agent or sent to voicemail. To ensure the agent can follow-up while the lead is hot, the caller’s contact phone number and extension dialed is passed immediately to the agent via email or text, even if the caller hangs up without leaving a message.

AdTrakker is also available as AdTrakkerMULTI for real estate brokers, allowing the broker to assign an unlimited pool of extensions and track activity for a team of real estate agents.

Although AdTrakker has been heavily adopted by the real estate industry, it has also become popular with mortgage brokers, auto dealers, and other sectors where heavy advertising is common.

Commissions on Both Leads and Sales

Free Trial Leads $25 Each

This commission is paid when a customer signs up with valid contact and billing information for a Free 15 Day Trial of AdTrakker Call Capture through one of your Commission Junction links or banners. Whether or not the customer chooses to continue using the service after the Free 15 Day Trial expires, you will receive this commission. If the customer continues to use the service for at least 60 days total, you are eligible to receive an additional commission of $40 – 60.

Confirmed Sales $40 – 60 Each

This commission is paid when a customer who has signed up with valid contact and billing information for AdTrakker Call Capture through one of your Commission Junction links or banners and continues to use and pay for the service for at least 60 days. The amount of this commission is based on a performance incentive, with a higher payout for more Sales within a given month.
