Internet fax service is a hosted virtual faxing solution for startups and small businesses that is designed to save these companies from the hassle and expense of using a physical fax machine. Customers send, receive, and manage their fax settings online, and can download and print faxes as necessary.
Do customers get their own dedicated fax line?
Yes. FaxFreedom comes with the customer’s choice of local or toll free virtual phone number that acts as their dedicated fax line. FreedomVoice also offers a toll free vanity number search tool for customers to customize their number for a one-time $30 activation fee.
How long does it take to set up the service?
Customers can begin sending and receiving faxes immediately upon activating their service. If the customer ordered a vanity toll free number as their fax line, this number will require 1-3 business days for activation. The customer will be provided a temporary number to use until this activation process is complete.
Does the service include free fax pages per month?
All FaxFreedom faxing plans include at least 80 pages of free faxing per month. These pages are based on a standard fax transmission rate of 1 page per 60 seconds.
Do customers need to install equipment or software?
No. FaxFreedom is an equipment-free faxing solution, designed to eliminate the need for startups and small offices to buy and maintain traditional fax machines. All hardware and software that powers the service is securely hosted from remote by FreedomVoice.
