Auto Attendant
Callers that reach the customer’s toll free number are immediately welcomed by a personalized auto attendant greeting that handles the routing of calls to extensions just like a receptionist would.
Call Forwarding
At the customer’s preference, callers can be forwarded live to any home, office, or mobile phone numbers they provide. While the call is being forwarded, callers hear customizable hold music.
Business Voicemail
When the customer is not available to take calls live through their toll free number, callers are sent to a voicemail box to leave a message. These messages can be checked online, over the phone, or can be delivered via email attachment.
Internet Fax
FreedomVoice Toll Free Number Service is also a complete Internet faxing solution. Customers can both send and receive fax messages through their toll free number using FreedomVoice’s WebLink Internet Control Panel.
WebLink
The WebLink Internet Control Panel is the customer’s secure online resource for checking messages, changing settings, updating billing information, sending faxes, or viewing call reports.
