Beginning in January of 2012, FreedomVoice partnered with Rady Children’s Hospital–San Diego to give new customers an opportunity to donate $1 with their monthly service bill to The Campaign for Rady Children’s. All donations go to help Rady Children’s to provide the most comprehensive care, advanced technology, and to discover cures to childhood diseases. Since our partnership began, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our customers. To date, 3,906 customers have contributed to the program totaling a sum of $10,248 donated to Rady Children’s Hospital. With a 20% annual growth rate by December of 2013, FreedomVoice customers will contribute $47,264 to children and families in need of care.

In the wake of the tragic 7.0 earthquake that devastated Haiti this past Tuesday, the US State Department has set up a toll free number for people in the United States to use to get information about family members residing in Haiti and the ongoing relief efforts.
The number is 1-888-407-4747.
Be advised that due to high call volume, you will hear an automated recording. From this recording, you can press 1 if you’re calling about information on family members or press 6 if you’re calling to offer assistance or make a donation toward the relief effort.
Texting Donations for Haiti Releif
To facilitate contributions to the relief effort, the Red Cross has set up a special text message campaign, whereby you can text “HAITI” to 90999 to make a $10 donation that will simply be billed on your regular cell phone bill. Singer Wyclef Jean’s foundation Yele Haiti has also set up a similar service to donate $5 by texting “YELE” to 501501.
