FreedomVoice Celebrates Customer Service Week
This week, FreedomVoice is highlighting our AMAZING customer care team and everything they do to provide first-class support for our customers. Why? It's Customer Service Week!
In 1992, the U.S. Congress declared Customer Service Week be celebrated in early October (this year it’s October 5-9). Since then, it has gone international, recognizing the importance of customer service and celebrating the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
Our first highlight story is customer care representative, Francisco Ontiveros. Francisco has worked at FreedomVoice for seven years, and says his favorite part of helping customers is, “The satisfaction that I get when a client says, ‘Thank you so much for helping me,’ it makes me feel like I have made a positive difference in their daily life.”
Francisco’s best customer success story was when a client who was ready to cancel their business phone service due to call quality issues. He determined that their firewall settings needed to be adjusted. After making the necessary changes, he placed several test calls with the client and each time the call quality was crystal clear. The client was so happy they kept their service with FreedomVoice.
Francisco thinks what sets FreedomVoice apart from other companies is that the customer care team really listens to customers, provides top notch support, and goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. His favorite part of being a part of the FreedomVoice family is working with a group of people who are positive, willing to share their technical knowledge, and help each other out.
In his spare time, Francisco likes to spend time with his wife, two kids (a 5-year-old daughter and an 11-month-old son), and their French poodle. He also likes to ride ATVs and watch documentaries about UFOs and Ancient Aliens.
