After your free trial is up, we are going to bill you each month based on the calling plan and features you have chosen. There’s no annual contract to get locked into – you’re free to change your calling plan at any time effective on your next monthly billing cycle. Should you no longer need or want the service, you are free to walk away and even take your phone number with you. We understand that freedom means we must continue to exceed your expectations if we are to earn your long-term business.

Not everyone is going to fit into even the largest calling plan above – we have customers today using well above 100,000 minutes every month. You will get a detailed invoice by email each month with no surprise charges, and can review your invoices and payments online at any time. Your bill is going to include telecom taxes and regulatory fees we must collect at the county, state, and federal levels. This is similar to what you might see on your home phone or cell phone bill, and usually amounts to less than 10% of your bill. We bill in 6-second increments rather than round up to the next minute.
