  • Channel Account Manager

    Are you happiest working with a high performing team? Have you outperformed and gone unrecognized? Are you seeking opportunity for growth?

    Your Mission: To maximize Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and customer satisfaction in your territory by prospecting, qualifying and closing sales opportunities with FreedomVoice channel partners.

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    • Manage all Partners in territory to support and drive channel sales productivity.
    • Process sales orders placed by Partners.
    • Coordinate all partner-related operations and support issues as they occur, with the goal of quick resolution and maximum customer satisfaction.
    • Qualify inbound end-user opportunities and direct them to productive Partners.
    • Respond to inbound requests (phone, email, etc.) for product/pricing information.
    • Marshall sales and marketing resources to enable Partner success.
    • Identify and make suggestions for partner enablement improvements.
    • Role requires flexibility and willingness to communicate with Partners before and after standard business hours as needed to meet quota responsibilities and account for time zone differences.
    • Create and maintain all Partner sales opportunities in SalesForce in order to provide current pipe-line and forecast information.
    • Create, submit, and track status of all proposals and price quotations in SalesForce.
    • Represent the company at conferences/trade shows as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Talents:

    • Knowledge of sales process methods including qualifying and negotiating skills.
    • Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, reports, and presentations.
    • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Highly computer literate in MS Office applications, Outlook, and SalesForce contact management software.
    • Team-first attitude, ability to work closely with Channel Sales Manager to hit individual and joint sales goals.
    • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and function with minimal supervision.
    • Organization, attention to detail, flawless execution and consistent follow-through are required attributes to be successful in this role.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study.
    Minimum 3-5 years software solutions sales experience.
    Equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Sales Administrative Coordinator

    Do you thrive in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts to organize? Are you able to herd cats? Are you looking for challenge and opportunity for growth?

     As Sales Administrator you will work with our sales team to organize, coordinate, and manage the administrative sales process to perfection. The work environment is fast-paced, energetic and fun. You'll get the chance to work with bright, highly-motivated people in a collaborative workspace with a highly goal oriented and driven team.

    Your duties, should you chose to accept them will include:

    • Maintaining the sales calendar
    • Scheduling and organizing tradeshows
    • Creating and updating monthly sales reports to include trends and KPI's
    • Onboarding new sales team members
    • Working interdepartmentally to ensure successful launch of new clients
    • Updating important data in Salesforce
    • Providing administrative support to the Vice President of Sales
    • Learning our business and backing up as needed

    Preferred experience, what have you done that is similar?

    • 2+year's office experience supporting a sales team
    • Experience with Salesforce A+
    • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
    • Track record of success in past endeavors
    • Understanding of technology and software is a plus
