An underlying carrier experienced an intermittent outage that impacted FreedomVoice services. We have received a report that all services were restored as of 9:32PM PST on 9/27/21

FreedomVoice experienced issues with connectivity to phone system main numbers for customers. Our engineers discovered a routing issue, at our audio servers, that created call congestion in/out of our servers. The issue was resolved on 12/7/20 at 11:50AM PST. We are taking corrective action to prevent this issue from reoccurring
